Having A Bad Day? Watch 10 Of The Best Clips Of Mary J Blige Dancing

Out of all of the singers from the ’90s still out here performing, Mary J. Blige is one out of the bunch who just seems to be getting better. Her voice is still good, she still looks amazing, her music still gets fans going, and in case you missed it, Mary’s dance moves are something serious these days. Move out of the way Chris Brown! Watch out Beyoncé! The MJB two-step/thug step/kick/stomp is a force to be dealt with.

Ok, so I’m teasing. Still, Mary’s dance moves are pretty entertaining. Every time someone captures video of her doing her jig on tour, I can’t help but smile. While you might laugh at the moves of others, she dances with such confidence and gusto that you can’t help but say, “Go Mary!” As she put it in an interview with Angie Martinez about her dancing skills, many have imitated, but Mary fails to be duplicated on the dance floor.

“My s–t is swag my s–t is smooth. You know,” she said. “They be thinking they doing it, but I don’t dance like that, my s–t is swagged.”

So, if your day hasn’t been the best, let the sweet dance moves of the one and only Mary J. Blige make you feel better and want to bust a move at the same time.
