Kandi Burruss recently responded to comments made by Russell "Block" Spencer, the father of her 19-year-old daughter Riley Burruss. Spencer recently criticized her for still requesting child support even though she is wealthy.
In a recent interview Russell "Block" Spencer rationalized being largely absent from his daughter Riley's life because he already had a family and didn't want to "jump though hula hoops" in order to build a relationship with her.
