Following last December when 14-year old Keyon Harrold Jr. was accused of having a phone that didn't belong to him -- resulting in him being tackled to the ground -- the child's family has now filed a lawsuit against his attacker Miya Ponsetto, and the hotel where the incident went down.

That December 26, 2020 incident wasn't Soho Karen's first time being a public disruption and nuisance.

Miya Ponsetto, the woman who accused a 14-year-old boy of stealing her phone and attacked him, got very rude with Gayle King during their interview. Thankfully, she was arrested afterward.
