While we patiently wait for the premiere of the newest season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Potomac -- which is set to air on July 11 -- Candiace Dillard Bassett recently shared her opinion on why her castmate Ashely Darby doesn't receive as much backlash from viewers of the show in the aftermath of her antics.
Andy Cohen addressed the backlash he's been receiving since the Real Housewives of Potomac reunion aired and fans of the show saw what they deemed bias treatment against cast member Monique Samuels.
Candiace Dillard said she's not surprised Porsha Williams would defend the actions of Monique Samuels since she put her hands on someone on television. She said such behavior "shows how you were raised and who you really are."
"I actually learned I had some childhood triggers that I did not realize I developed over the years," she admitted, "and that were harboring within me for a very long time."
