For Some Bosses, Tough Love Isn’t Easy to Give
(WSJ.com) — For some small-business bosses, wielding authority doesn’t come easy, often to their detriment.
Nick Kenner, co-founder of Just Salad LLC, a New York restaurant chain with 170 employees, says earlier this year he didn’t clearly warn a manager about the consequences of failing to meet certain goals before firing him.
