Virginia, Maryland Name Tax Debtors
(Washington Business Journal) — A handful of Washington area businesses and individuals are among the more than 75 entities listed by Maryland and Virginia officials as being delinquent on tax bills.
The list runs the gamut from a JJ Muggs, a closed restaurant in Alexandria, to King’s Kids Child Development Center in Capitol Heights. JJ Muggs allegedly owes $134,878 in business taxes while King’s Kids allegedly owes $96,646 in withholding taxes, according to information released by Virginia and Maryland.
