Avoid the middle part with straighter hair. This just makes your face appear narrower. Remember, your goal is to add width!

Curls are a staple for many oblong-faced women because of their added volume. So what’s the problem with this? 1. There is too much volume on top, which just makes her face look even longer. 2. The curls seem to be overwhelming her face, making it look leaner.
