Musiq Soulchild Is Going To Be A Dad Again

We haven’t heard much from Musiq Soulchild in recent years but that doesn’t mean the singer hasn’t been busy. In fact, it turns out he’s been busy baby making, as his partner, Tiyumba Wright, announced yesterday that she’s pregnant.

Tiyumba announced the news in the most adorable post-April Fools’ Day way possible, sharing an image of her barely-there belly on Instagram with the caption, “When it’s April 2nd and she still pregnant.”

The tagging of Musiq is what put us on to the father of the child, though Tiyumba, who is 8 weeks along in her pregnancy, has shared a few other cute moments with Musiq on the gram. Like this Valentine’s Day photo below of her boo and her daughter. Musiq has a son with 702 singer Kameelah Williams.

So far, Musiq hasn’t put out a statement or shared the news on his channels, but we’ll be checking in periodically. We can’t wait to see the couple’s first child together this fall. Congratulations!
