Who says that only women wear hair extensions?

Granted, it’s not super common just yet, but more and more men are adding on to their hair in innovative ways. Men, like the rest of us, particularly celebrity men, occasionally like to change it up from the standard short cuts, and sometimes they have to do it for work. From loc extensions to long locks for movie roles, these celebrity men were able to whip their hair back and forth — with a little help. Click on through to see how they looked during such hairy explorations.

Chris Brown

Brown’s Kriss Kross-inspired locs were cute, but short-lived. Two weeks prior to obtaining them, his hair was quite short. And just like that, all of a sudden we looked up and he was running his fingers through his hair. He rocked these little locs while promoting the album Fan of a Fan with friend (and fellow extension wearer) Tyga.

Matt Damon

Damon had to change up his hair for his role in the box-office dud The Great Wall, and the actor said the process to get his hair done and to take care of it was a bit much.

“I’d never done that before—700 extensions [and] it took 12 hours,” he told E! News. “The tiny glue [extensions], which is weird. And then I lived with it for five months…The kids loved it. The kids were into it for like a week and then they kind [sic] forgot about it. I got good at doing the hair ties, just to get a ponytail up.”

Daniel Radcliffe

The former Harry Potter star had to wear this luscious bob for his role in the horror film Victor Frankenstein back in 2015. “I don’t know how anyone deals with them. The stress, you have to wash them! If you don’t, they get really rank,” Radcliffe said to ETonline. “You have to wash them in a very delicate way, because otherwise, they’re all going to fall out.”
