It’s my duty to announce that the dreaded day has arrived, sandal retirement! Along with colorful leaves, fall brings lower temperatures and very rainy days. Let’s face it, cold and ashy feet are NOT a good look. Ladies, put your best foot forward with any of these trendy boot options for fall. And we kept the prices in the reasonable range, because we all know “reasonable” keeps the heat on. As always, these are just our favorite picks, if you have some others you prefer, do share!
Hastt’ by Steve Madden – Price: $99.95 (Get an extra 15% off online with promotional code: MADDENMENOT)
Ease into Fall with peep-toe boots because, after all, who doesn’t like a little toe cleavage? This sparkly option by Steven Madden allows you to show off what remains of your last pedicure or you can cover those tootsies completely by wearing tights. Styled with skinny jeans or a simple dress, either way, there will be nothing stopping you from getting your shine on!
Stacked Heel Cowboy Boot by Charlotte Russe – Price: $42.50 (BOGO for $15.50)
The western look for Fall is one of those trends that pops up almost every season. A traditional cowboy boot in a bold color like this red one would add a nice accent to any outfit. Get on it!

“Tate” from Bakers Shoes – Price: $99.95
Classic flat boots never go out of style. These over-the-knee boots are the perfect match to pair with that colorful summer dress you can’t part with. Don’t forget to throw on a warm cardigans to keep it classy and cozy.
Zippy Riding Boot from Payless – Price: $39.99
I know Payless has changed over the years, but these equestrian inspired boots are a steal! The exposed zipper and textured “leather” are right on track with the fall trends. I’m seeing these doing big things over a pair of dark denim wash jeans. You?
Ankle Boots
Kimchi Blue Lace-Up Cone Heel Boot from UrbanOutfitters.com: Price: $69.00 (online only)
Ankle boots have been around for ages, but these are a nice twist on the original. The style is updated by bright red suede, laces and features a fly, cone-shaped heel. With a heel like that, these shoes look deliciously comfortable and cute in this apple red.
Dolcetta by Dolce Vita Harness Heel Boot from Urban Outfitters: Price: $98.00
Your fall boot wardrobe would not be complete without a pair with a big ‘ol chunky heel. This rustic boot can be dressed up or dressed down. Slightly worn leather and buckle detail keep this option out of the “boring brown boot” territory.
Rain Boots
Zebra Herd Printed Buckle Rain Boots from Walmart.com – Price: $25
Forget zebra print! Wear the whole zebra. This literal take on “animal prints” has been very popular among clothes lately. Take the trend one step further by wearing it on your feet. Remember, rain boots are allowing you to be playful, so go ahead and make a splash in the fashion world!
