All The Black Models Who've Walked A Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Tonight the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on CBS (10 p.m. ET). It’s the first year that the show has been done in Paris and it was quite the grand production. But the legendary fashion show has come a long way since it started in 1995 with models simply wearing the lingerie down a runway. There were no wings, there wasn’t all the glitz, no music performances, and there weren’t many women of color stomping down the catwalk.

But this year’s show had quite a few Black women turning heads, and it is sure to be quite the sight to see this evening. In honor of those beauties, we wanted to showcase all of the Black women who’ve been in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show over the years. With the exception of maybe one or two missing (shout out to Chrystéle Saint Louis Augustin for instance, there was no photo of her in the 1998 show), we’ve got just about all of the women covered. Check these legendary ladies out:

Naomi Campbell

Campbell walked in seven shows: 1996–1998, 2000, 2002–2003 and 2005.

Tyra Banks

Banks walked in nine shows from 1996 to 2005.

Joan Smalls

Smalls has walked six times since 2011, including in this year’s show.

Maria Borges

The beauty, who made headlines last year by forgoing a long weave for her TWA, has been in four shows since 2013, including this year’s presentation.

Zuri Tibby

This year’s show is Tibby’s first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Veronica Webb

Webb walked in the very first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 1995. She walked in two shows, including the 1996 presentation.

Sessilee Lopez

Lopez walked twice for shows in 2008 and 2009.

Oluchi Onweagba-Orlandi

The Nigerian stunner walked for the brand six times. She did shows in 2000, 2002–2003, and 2005 through 2007.
