Turn On The Red Light

Warm pink or amber light gives your skin a beautiful glow that paints your body and its curves in the most flattering light. Pop in new bulbs or a warm lamp shade before your next overnight guest to play with seeing yourself in the best light.

See Other Women Naked

You never know where inspiration can come from. Change in the locker room tonight at the gym, or even watch a few minutes of amateur “films” to see other non-famous women comfortable in their skin and you’ll realize that we all have the same “flaws,” but it doesn’t stop many women from looking and feeling beautiful.

Get In A Quick Workout

Do 10 reps of squats (to tighten your thighs and behind), ten push-ups (for upper arm strengthening) and 10 jumping jacks (for a quick dose of mood-boosting endorphins) before you take it off, and you’ll look and feel much better.

Practice Posing

Take several selfies a week so you can know exactly how to catch the light just right and make your cheekbones pop.

Put in the same good practice in your home mirror. Lift your heels a little to perk your bottom, give a good profile, put your hands on your hips and stick your chest out to perk the girls. You’ll find just the right angles to make you look amazing in the mirror and in person.
