Here are a few tips for women willing to put very little, or possibly very much, effort into a larger looking chest.

Some boob experts assert that going braless actually forces your breast muscles to be stronger, and stand up more on their own. This means they go out instead of down, giving the illusion of being fuller. Plus, braless just looks good.

If you haven’t looked into the giant world of cleavage contouring yet, you’re in for a treat. Completely flat women–and men who dress like women–go from an AA to (the appearance of) a C, through makeup alone.

Lift Adhesives
Lift adhesives are tiny, sticker-type, skin-colored items that you stick under your breasts, and they lift them up. The great thing about these is that they can be worn with backless dresses, too.

Go seamless
Buy totally seamless bras because they’ll blend in with the natural curves of your breast, rather than having an awkward, obvious bunch of padding, then a drop at the top, and then your boob.

You know how men get larger pectorals when they do a lot of push-ups? So do you! And you have the little boost of breast tissue on top.

Upside down chest presses
Lay down on a bench, with your feet dangling over the side and touching the ground. Hold a weight in either hand on the sides of the bench, and lift the weights above your head until they touch. This type of high-intensity 90-degree angle in your pectorals increases cleavage.
