If you’re thick and proud, there may be even more reason for you to celebrate loving your shape. Once upon a time, thin was thought to be better when it comes to health. But recent studies have shown that those assumptions might not be right.
Some research from scientists has shown that there are quite a few wellness benefits when it comes to being thick. From having better sex to living longer than average, thick women enjoy a lot of advantages — if they are healthy. And now many physicians are recommending that we all focus more on eating right and exercising, and less about the numbers that show up when we get on the scale.
