Rihanna Makes $25 Million Samsung Deal

Rihanna was not playing when she threatened “B**ch Betta’ Have My Money”. Fresh off her release with Puma footwear, VIBE reports the “Pour It Up” singer has just closed on a $25 million deal with Samsung, a leader in the tech industry. Samsung has agreed to sponsor Rihanna’s upcoming Anti album as well as the accompanying tour.

Managers Jay Brown and Jay-Z have been spotted at Samsung offices for the past seven months leading to speculation that talks to sell Tidal were in the works.  The music–streaming service had its share of ups and downs during the first few months of its debut. But Jay-Z and friends will still be riding the Tidal wave since apparently the meetings had nothing to do with the company but everything to do with Rihanna’s return to music royalty and her much anticipated eighth studio release. The agreement was said to take longer than expected since the artist made a few last minute tweaks to the album. The partnership of music, marketing and technology is said to be the biggest of its kind in recent history.

According to sources, Lebron James is also reported to be an integral part of the deal since he will be involved in anything in reference to the Anti tour, although what part the basketball superstar will play has yet to be revealed.

The Rihanna Navy will be happy to hear that exclusive content will be available to them through Milk Music radio due to the deal. The Bajan beauty who has been romantically linked to artist Travis Scott recently will also appear on CBS’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on November 10^th and she’s been tapped to make an appearance in the film “Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets” by French filmmaker Luc Besson.

Oh, and did we mention she just released her latest fragrance “Riri” last month?  I am exhausted just reading about Rihanna’s busy schedule so I can see why rumors of affairs and other nonsense are no match for her career focus right now. Looks like there’s a Rih takeover scheduled for 2016 and I’m sure her Navy is standing at attention.
