In Flint, Michigan, it is illegal to wear low-rise pants that show off your underwear. This act is punishable by a $500 fine or 93 days in jail.

In Tampa, Florida, strippers are not allowed to give topless dances, and they have to stay at least six feet away from patrons while giving lap dances. Is it even considered a lap dance at that point?
