If you’ve never experienced self-love, you are in the minority. A recent study revealed that 92 percent of women over the age of 18 admit to “regularly” taking time out to masturbate.

Maybe. Studies show that masturbation can reduce the risk of cervical infection, prevent endometriosis and clear your sinuses. There’s even evidence that women who masturbate have higher self-esteem.
