Ginuwine

The Pony singer’s dance moves have had people wondering if Ginuwine was a stripper before he got famous.

But when he was asked the question, he wouldn’t answer it directly. But Ginuwine did laugh, responding with, “I used to dance a lot.”

Was that an admission? What do you think?

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino

Before he was a Jersey Shore star, Sorrentino was flashing his situation at a strip club. He spent most of his time as a (shirtless) waiter. But he did confess to stripping down once during an interview with Jay Leno:

“I really didn’t like the costume … My birthday is on the Fourth of July so they had some like, I don’t know if I was Uncle Sam, but it was some sort of Uncle Sam with a thong and I wasn’t really feeling it.”

Javier Bardem

When the No Country For Old Men star was 20, he started stripping on the weekend to earn more money. But this story has one more surprise: Bardem invited his mother to see him perform!

“I danced one night in a place, there was a club. And they asked for a guy to kind of make a striptease and I did it… It was for ten minutes. I needed money … My mother was there in the audience. She was so proud.”

That’s one understanding mom!

Chris Pratt

Love shirtless Chris Pratt from Guardians of the Galaxy? Well, back in the day you could have seen Pratt take it all off — for just $40 a performance.

But Pratt says you probably would have wanted to save your money: “It was very low-rent. I was like the very, very low-rent Magic Mike.” Apparently, Pratt couldn’t even afford costumes — but we bet it was still worth the $40! Or at least $20…

Game

Was Game, aka, Jayceon Taylor, a stripper? This rumor first started when 50 Cent released the mixtape G-Unit Radio Part 21: Hate It or Love It with someone who certainly looks like The Game on the cover.

Game cited Photoshop sorcery for the picture. But Game’s stepfather has chimed in to say that the rumors are true. Game allegedly stripped just a few times and that was it.

Mark Consuelos

Mark’s wife — Kelly Ripa — was the one to spill the beans on her husband’s stripper past. She told Vanity Fair that her husband was encouraged to do it while he was waiting for his big break.

Kelly says her husband isn’t the only one: “A lot of guys in Hollywood have done that.” We bet she has a lot of juicy names to add to this list!
