The reality star wants women everywhere to know that 30 is older than you think when it comes to having kids:

“No one ever told me, ‘Oh, by the way, your eggs change when you reach a certain age.” I didn’t think 35 was old! So when the doctor said, ‘It’s not as easy as you thought it would be,’ it was a real blow.”

After several failed attempts to have he own baby, Giuliana eventually used a surrogate.

Not all infertility stories have a happy ending. Months after Sherri Shepherd and her husband Lamar Sally found a surrogate to carry their child the two got divorced.

Now Sherri and Lamar are fighting over custody of Lamar Sally Jr. who was made with Lamar’s sperm and a donor’s egg.

Her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Phaedra Parks brought Kenya Moore’s fertility issues into the spotlight when she called her an “old beauty queen with scrambled eggs.”

It was a very low blow to lob at a woman who’s struggled with fertility issues but sadly not one of reality TV’s lowest moments.

Halle Berry

Halle hasn’t admitted to having fertility treatments but doctor’s have weighed in on the issue. They say the chances of having a baby naturally at 46 are “0.01 percent or less.”
