Some things are better left unsaid; or better yet, left un-asked. For those of you who consider your relationship with your significant other, the closest thing to a best friend outside of your girls, there are still some things that should only be discussed amongst your girls.
Sometimes we ask questions that we really don’t want to know the answer to, unless it’s a compliment to our egos; then there are those questions that we may consider somewhat harmless but leave a man feeling uncomfortable.
Check out these five questions that you should never ask your man. Are you guilty?

1. How many people have you had sex with before me?
Now, while you should most definitely ask questions about STD testing, precautionary questions regarding safe sex, there is no reason for you to question how many people your man has had sex with before you…but with you is a totally different story.
Chances are, if you ask this question, he will either lie or give you a truthful answer that you may not want to hear. To avoid the confusion, and replaying how he did what, with whom, and how many times, just don’t ask.

2. If you could sleep with one of my friends, which one would you sleep with?
Men are men; and most men like to have sex; and sometimes sex doesn’t decipher those who are off limits from those who are. Basically, he may have thought once how sexually attractive one of your friends is or maybe he hasn’t (let’s hope the latter). Still that doesn’t mean he would sleep with her if the opportunity presented itself.
This question is probably one of those questions you ask but definitely don’t want to hear the answer to; you will be angry at him and chances are you will look at your friend differently and she will have no idea why.

3. Do You Think She Looks Better Than Me?
If you’re walking down the street or watching television with your boo, stay away from comparisons to other women. Avoid asking his opinion about another woman, especially if you can’t take his response. Why do you need to know if he thinks Halle Berry looks better than you or if the girl who you passed on the street has a nicer shape than you?

4. Do You Mind If I Go Out To Lunch With My Ex?
Men are prideful. If he is one of the few that is open, he will answer truthfully by saying ‘h#ll yeah. I mind’; but if he’s like the majority he’ll say ‘cool’ and secretly hold it against you for the remainder of your relationship. This ‘hold it against you’ could include retaliation of him going out with his ex, having sex with someone else, or simply giving you the cold shoulder.
Even if you decide not to go out with your ex, the fact that you asked will probably leave a bad taste in his mouth. Now, I’m not saying go out with your ex behind his back, that’s a decision only you can make, but think twice about asking him.

5. Can I Come Out With You and Your Boys?
Umm. Why? Let the man have his time with his boys. If he wanted you to tag along he would have asked. Men consider there time out with their boys a much needed break from a relationship. This doesn’t necessarily mean he doesn’t like being around you, but every body needs a break from their significant other from time to time. Don’t invade his break.
