Enterprise Management Training Program
This program is for recent college grads and people looking for a career change. Enterprise primarily promotes within from their pool of management trainees. The program includes both classroom and hands-on training. Trainees will learn effective sales tactics and how to manage their own Enterprise branch.
Hyatt Management Training Program
This program is a paid rotational program with intensive training in your area of focus. You’re assigned a mentor or coach and given practice with managerial tasks. The program is open to recent hospitality college grads and people with a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience.
GEICO Management Development Program
The GEICO management development program’s aim is to put you on the fast track to management in one of their major insurance operations. They’re primarily looking for people with business degrees. Program participants will receive professional licensing, on-the-job experience and coaching, industry training, and real life projects. Upon successful completion of the program you’ll be ready to manage up to 10 people.

Verizon
Verizon offers multiple development programs in retail, finance, human resources, IT, and marketing. For retail, they’re specifically looking for people with a degree in retail or business management and entry-level leadership skills. During the program you’ll learn the operations of a Verizon retail store including inventory control, sales, customer service, and leadership.
NBC Universal
NBC Universal has leadership development programs for different areas of interest. Programs cover fields like TV writing and human resources. They also have the Page Program specifically geared towards entry-level college grads with some media related internship experience. The yearlong program acts as a pipeline for positions within the organization; nearly 75 percent of pages are directly hired into positions after completing the program.
Marriott Voyage Global Leadership Development Program
This program is 12 to 18 months and includes hand-on experience in your chosen hospitality field. There’s a mix of online interactive learning with their state of the art virtual community.
After successfully completing the program you’ll be ready for an entry-level management position. To apply you have to have graduated within the last 12 months or be graduating in the next 12 months.
Retail Management Program Gap Inc
Gap Inc’s retail management program seeks to find and develop leaders. It’s a nine-month program where you’ll receive training on merchandising, inventory management, and production in multiple Gap Inc. brands. You’ll receive hands on and classroom training with opportunities to network with senior leaders. After completion of the program you can interview for a full-time position in the area of your choosing. To be considered you must have a four-year degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA or a full-time Gap Inc. employee for at least a one year with satisfactory performance.
L’Oreal Management Trainee Programs
This program is specifically for young graduates. The program lasts for six to 18 months depending on your location. Within the program you’ll discover different areas of expertise and gain opportunities to network with industry professionals. Some areas of specialization include finance and operations.
Intel
Intel development programs are primarily geared towards those completing or having completed a Master’s or MBA program. Or for those with considerable IT or engineering experience. Areas of focus include engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, sales, and marketing. Training takes place throughout the US and requires a commitment of at least a year.

Starwood offers a management training program at their U.S. properties for students or recent grads. It includes practical experience with mentoring and professional development. The program offers a rotational in operations. It lasts between six and 18 months. After successful completion of the training, you’ll be placed into an assistant manager or manager role.
