As black women we love hair…even if it grows on the head of a man. While you might not date a man whose hair longer than yours, you still have to admire and admit it’s freshness. If you don’t admit that long hair on a man is eye catching, you might just be a little jealous. It’s ok girl, if you do the right thing you too might be able to achieve the shoulder length locks of the following celebrities.

Lil Wayne
What would this list be without “Mr. Long Hair Don’t Care” himself. It’s amazing to look back at Wayne’s hair over the past five years or so and see how it’s transformed from the jaw-bone length, somewhat spiky locs to the mane he rocks now which rests around his pecks. True Wayne heads breathed a collective sigh of relief when they learned the rapper wouldn’t have to shave his head when he went to jail.

Snoop Dogg
Snoop’s hair is the epitome of luscious. One of the few men in the game still rocking a perm, Snoop has been working with some drapage for a while now. It’s not just the length that gets us, his sheen is outrageous. He wears his hair in a variety of ways but my favorite is when he curls it.

Al Sharpton
Even though his hair has gotten considerably shorter over the years, Sharpton’s hair used to be shoulder length and the time and effort he spent relaxing and rolling it was a topic of conversation. He reminded us of how serious his hair is to him in Chris Rock’s “Good Hair” when he insinuated that his wife has to ask him to touch his hair instead of the other way around.

Katt Williams
Like Al, Katt’s hair has gotten considerably shorter over the years, perhaps from overprocessing. Whatever the case I remember the days when Katt first stepped on the scene with shoulder length hair. He used the hair to his advantage with his whole pimp schtick in his comedy routine and again as Money Mike in “Next Friday.”

Real
I saved the best for last. While all of these men have hair that we either admire or envy, Real’s hair gives them all a run for their money. Like Snoop his straightened head of hairdo is something many women are out here straining and struggling to achieve.
