And Joseline Wept: Waka Flocka And Tammy Rivera Announce Spin-Off, “Meet The Flockas”
So it looks like a “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” couple has successfully snagged their own VH1 spin-off, and no, it’s not the “Jordans.” Last night, rapper Waka Flocka Flame and his new wife, Tammy Rivera, took to Instagram with news that a series titled, “Meet The Flockas,” will be making its way to the popular network.
This definitely isn’t surprising considering that Wacka’a mom is Deb Antney, manager extraordinaire, and she has been very much in favor of their participation on LHHATL. On another note, the reality TV couple certainly have enough going on in their lives to hold down a series. At the conclusion of the last season of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” it was revealed that the pair, who are trying for a baby, have been facing fertility issues because Waka’s sperm count isn’t where it should be.
Then, there’s the couple’s daughter, Charlie, who we’ll probably be seeing more of once the new spin-off drops. And of course, Waka’s well-meaning but sometimes overbearing mother, who I’m sure will be a major presence on the show. So far, the network has not confirmed the series, but I suspect that there will be a more formal announcement in the coming months.
