50 posted this “ALS/ESL Challenge” after boxing bad boy Floyd Mayweather allegedly dropped a little shade of his own, saying that 50, T.I. and Nelly weren’t relevant anymore. And just like that, one of the internet’s most viral memes was born.

We don’t know how to feel about this note to Tiny. We want to laugh but we feel terrible about it. And we want to be mad at 50 Cent for posting it, but it did come with a heartfelt note to @floydmayweather saying that 50 loves him like a brother and encouraging to call his family and stop “forgetting the people who matter boy.”

After Charlamagne the God posted this audio clip of Floyd struggling to read a promo, he said “In hindsight, I feel a little bad about it, just a little, because I didn’t know there were that many people out there suffering from illiteracy.” We sort of feel the same way too.

Jimmy Kimmel Too?

According to this Instagram post by 50 Cent, Jimmy Kimmel agreed to let Floyd read Cat in the Hat on the show — because Harry Potter might be too advanced.  There’s been no word from Jimmy Kimmel’s camp on whether or not he actually co-signed 50’s next stunt, but if he did it can’t be his proudest moment.

Nelly’s Low-Key Shade

On a recent episode of ESPN’s Highly Questionable, they asked Nelly to talk about his beef with Floyd. Nelly said he didn’t have any beef with Floyd, that it was all a misunderstanding — “because it’s kind of hard talking to a guy who hasn’t graduated from high school.” Shots. Fired.

50 Cent posted this photo on his Instagram page in response to Floyd Mayweather’s alleged efforts to find “people to say you can read.” We’d find it funnier if 50 had donated $1,000 to fight illiteracy with each one of his posts.
