There’s Already Been A Meeting

Permanent files are hard to erase. If there’s already been a meeting about your attitude, they could use it as an excuse to hold back scheduled raises or ask for your resignation. If you can’t wipe the slate clean, focus on building up a pattern of good behavior while you shop your resume around.
