Pass Or Play? Eric Roberson Releases New Single, “Mark On Me”
Eric Roberson Music
Eric Roberson is known for doing no wrong when it comes to music. The gifted Howard University alum crooned his way into our hearts becoming a singer-songwriter for some of our favorite artists such as Jill Scott, Musiq Soulchild and even DJ Jazzy Jeff. With a new album on the horizon, Roberson has released his latest single, “Mark On Me.” Infectiously, Roberson recants a tale about a man who (presumably) has a one night stand with a woman he just met. Although he thought he would have had the upper hand by forgetting her, unsuspectingly she put her mark on him. He tries to reach out to other women but he finds himself not wanting to develop another relationship.
As the song continues, Roberson alludes to a Boomerang reference when Eddie Murphy’s character Marcus Graham becomes hooked on Robin Given’s character Jacquelin Broyer. Below is the smooth tune, it will definitely leave its mark on you!
