By now everyone should have seen the hashtag #BringBackOurGirls around social media, a demand that aims to keep awareness going about the nearly 300 Nigerian girls that were abducted from their school last month and to spur governments to do something about it. The Human Rights Watch works both nationally and internationally to help protect the rights of all people. Non-partisan, this non-profit raises awareness and solutions to problems that include international justice, terrorism, and the environment among others. In response to the Nigerian abductions, they are urging people to sign a petition that will push the local government and other officials to do more for a swift and safe rescue.
