Teacher Arrested For Giving 15-Year-Old Student A Birthday Lap Dance

Texas middle school teacher, Felicia Smith, 42, is facing criminal charges after she gave a 15-year-old student a birthday lap dance in front of her class on Feb. 26, Click 2 Houston reports.

According to investigators, Smith placed a chair in front of the classroom and encouraged the student to sit down as music began to play. Once he was seated, the birthday dance began with Smith allegedly rubbing her hands across the body of the teen and grinding against him. Investigators also say that at some point during the performance, Smith got on her knees and placed her head between the boy’s legs. The dance reportedly ended with the educator hugging the student and saying, “I love you, baby. Happy birthday.”

The boy admitted to slapping and squeezing Smith’s backside during the routine. Smith has also admitted to giving the teen a lap dance, but argued that she only did so after the class convinced her to do the four-minute routine, which police say was captured on video.

Smith has been charged with improper relationship with a student. She posted $30,000 bond yesterday. Stovall Middle School administrators say that she has been removed from the campus.
