Kandi Burruss Addresses Why She Took The Master Bedroom From NeNe During Savannah Trip
If you caught up with your Georgia Peaches from Real Housewives Of Atlanta (RHOA) this past Sunday, you would have seen the girls take their annual trip to Savannah, Ga. While they learned about African-American history and why the Underground Railroad was NOT an actual train, the ladies found time to throw some shade towards Kandi.
Upon arrival at their bed and breakfast, Kandi ran like the wind and took the first room she saw that happened to be the master bedroom. Since NeNe planned the tripped, the other women, with the exception of Phaedra, believed NeNe should have received the lavishly large room. Before telling Kandi later that she should have had the room but that Kandi could keep it, NeNe and the ladies decided to talk about Kandi behind her back and their fans (even Kandi’s too) jumped on the bandwagon.
Despite being on vacation with her family in the Bahamas, Kandi decided to address the situation via Instagram. She stated:
InstagramShe then continued on in the picture’s caption:
#RHOA viewers that are mad at me for picking the room I picked…. This message is for you. The first room I walked in I said I liked. No one knew it was the master. No one had anything to say until they kept looking & realized later that the room I picked was the best one. Even then the only person who really seemed to have a problem was Kenya. Nene told me she was cool with her room. I didn’t know they were all dogging me behind my back. & as far as them being mad about me being late….. They are ALWAYS late too! They were 3 hours late to my get together a couple days before the savannah trip. I’m not saying that being late is cool but don’t make a big deal about me when you do the same thing is all I’m saying….. #SMH #RHOA
Do you think people overreacted? Or was Kandi dead wrong for keeping the master suite? Weigh in at the comment section.
