Jermaine Jackson claims that his income is less than $1,500 per month, so he can’t afford the court-ordered $3,000 per month child support payments for his sons Jermajesty and Jaafar. Because of the delinquency, the LA County Child Support Services Department has confiscated Jackson’s driver’s license.
