Jonathan Babineaux Avoids Jail Time in Drug Case
(Atlanta Journal Constitution) — Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux, in a plea deal reached last Wednesday, will avoid jail time in a drug related case. Babineaux’s felony charge of marijuana possession was reduced in Gwinnett County Court to three misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession, according to his agent Jack Bechta and his attorney Patrick McDonough.
