Spring 2011 Beauty Forecast!
New York Fashion Week has come and gone like the wind and as the Spring 2011 hoopla subsides here in the states, our favorite editors, celebs and socialites have taken over across the pond. The global fashion commencement continued this week in London, but we got a full taste of what to expect for next season right here at home. Spring 2011 has proven to be the polar opposite of fall’s subdued classics. Designers have boldly stepped out on a note of a sassy individuality and to the beat of their own drum. Since it’s never too early to get our seasonal beauty looks in order, here are three key assets to apply next season.
Face: Keep it really clean. Only a small dose of contouring is necessary to showcase strong cheeks.
Eyes: One thing we know for sure is that while nude has taken it’s strong hold color is beginning to flourish. Be daring in the daytime by wearing bright eyes in citrus shades like yellows, oranges and greens.
Lips: Pouts are prevalent. Strong purples and deeps browns have transitioned seamlessly from this season on to the next.
