Listen why not ‘get your life’ with your girls on your special day via a shower at a glorious Spa? Not only will this be super relaxing and fun, it should create some beautiful bonding moments as well!!

I love the idea of showing cool flicks or renting your favorite movies and showing them at Private Movie Theater with your peeps? You can create signature drinks, popcorn and party favors and even have a DJ spin…think of it as a big sleepover- minus the beds!!

In case you’ve been living under a rock, the Daytime Brunch Party has quickly been replacing both the classic brunch and parties at night. Basically this is a full on party that takes place during the day over brunch– why not reserve a large table at your favorite spot– invite your girls and have a ball — all without having to plan anything yourself. Friends can join in for fun or everyone can actually just do simple exercises, meditate and share stories with each other– you can even invite in a masseuse, light up some candles and have a soothing ball of bumplicious, Yogi fun!

Luxe Hotel Suite…I mean seriously…save yourself from recking your house and having to decorate a boring event hall  (and worry about servers) with this solution. Plus the lady of honor  and her man can spend the night and toddle her presents home the next day…a double bonus I think.

A Bowling Alley is a great alternative for the gal who loves to party– but can’t quite make it happen at a big trussed up event. If you happen to love food and music then a Dinner Theater may be a great place to celebrate your impending motherhood. I love the idea of having an upscale dinner with entertainment already built in– you can exchange gifts before or after the show and have memories for life. Much better than hiring a clown or a stripper or hear yet another snoozy story from your aging aunt. LOL
