Believe it or not, it’s been almost ten years since the beautiful and talented Aaliyah Dana Haughton passed. The Detroit native was just in the prime of her career when a airplane carrying her and her video crew from The Bahamas crashed. Although her death was one of the most unexpected and tragic deaths in the last decade of R&B, she’s still remembered for her sultry voice and honest lyrics.
