Who knows where this trend is coming from, but Erykah Badu was spotted with the new hair in Chicago at the Lollapalooza music festival in Grant Park. The mother of three rocked the hairdo, accessorizing with a Monogram Louis Vuitton belt and Camille Peace rings.
For Ms. Badu the look isn’t that much of a shocker, since she’s always bold with her fashion choices.
Wearing the same hairstyle is none other than Beyonce in her new House of Dereon ad. Although it’s clearly a wig worn for the shoot, it’s still an interesting style choice for the classic no-less-than-14 inch-lace front wearer.
