Street Corn Casserole Ingredients:

3.5 cups of frozen corn drained

1 large onion chopped

3-4 medium Jalapenos chopped

1 tsp black pepper

½  tsp salt

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

½ tbs garlic powder

½ tbs onion powder

½ tsp smoked chipotle

½ cup crumbled Mexican cheese

½ cup cheddar cheese

½ tsp paprika

½  tsp parsley

1 cup of mayonnaise

2 tbs cilantro, chopped

1 tsp black pepper

20 oz bag of spicy crunchy cheese curls (crumbled)

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix until everything is evenly blended.

3. Next, layer about 2 inches of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish, and sprinkle ½ of the chopped cilantro on top of the layer. Then, add a layer of the corn mixture and sprinkle cilantro on top again. Repeat the process until the baking dish is full. Once all of the mixture is in the baking dish, top with grated parmesan cheese and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven and top with the spicey crumbled crunchy cheese curls, and place back in the oven for 10 additional minutes.

5. Remove from the oven and serve.

Method:

1. Take an extra-large cutting board and lay out all of your items, making sure not to group all like items together.

Fruity Dip Ingredients:

1 8oz container of non-dairy whipped topping

1 large box of banana instant pudding mix

1 can of condensed milk

2 cups of milk

Method:

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and mix until smooth. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve along with charcuterie board.

Peach Iced Tea Magarita Ingredients:

2 tbs of peach puree

2 oz tequila

1 oz triple sec

2 oz peach schnaps

1 oz lime juice

6 oz of your favorite iced tea

1 lime, cut into quarters

1 cup of ice cubes

Peach sugar on a plate (for garnish)

Method:

1. Add all ingredients except the pink sugar into a shaker. Shake until the shaker becomes icy cold.

2. Take one piece of lime and rub it around the rim of the glass. Dip the rim of the glass onto the plate of peach sugar.

3. Pour drink into a glass and garnish with a piece of lime and enjoy.
