Congratulations are in order for Zendaya and Tom Holland.
For fans, the news was all but confirmed this past Sunday when Zendaya dazzled the crowd at the 2025 Golden Globes on Jan. 5 in a gorgeous burnt orange Louis Vuitton gown accentuated with, what fans believed to be a stunning engagement ring. The 28-year-old was up for Best Actress in a Motion Picture—Musical or Comedy—she turned heads,
The stars have been one of young Hollywood’s favorite couples since they started dating after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming back in 2017, although they did not confirm their romantic relationship until 2021.

And even though Tom is a short king and Zendaya is a gorgeous Black Queen, the world seemingly let out a collective “aww” as the couple appeared to be going strong for the past few years as they dated and trotted across the globe.
According to TMZ, Holland, 28 proposed during the holidays, sometime between Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, at her family home in the United States after asking her father, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, for his daughter’s hand in marriage.
Holland dropped to one knee before presenting the actress with a “5.02ct East-West Cushion Diamond Button Back Ring by British jewelry designer Jessica McCormack,” according to E! News. The rock is reportedly set in 18K white and yellow gold in a Georgia-style cut-down setting.

Although the pair have been private about their relationship, Zendaya gushed about her on-screen and off-screen leading man in a November interview with Vanity Fair, when asked if it was weird for the pair to act opposite one another.
“Not really. It’s actually strangely comfortable,” the Dune star explained to the fashion magazine. “It’s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you’re acting beside. I love working with him. He’s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things one thousand percent, even if he’s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That’s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read.”
