If you tuned into “Married at First Sight,” last night hoping to learn which couples from season 12 were going to stay together and which ones were going to go their separate ways, you were disappointed. Lifetime and nem are getting every single bang for their buck with these couples and making us wait until the absolute last minute before we know what’s what. But given what we know so far, we certainly have some predictions about who might want to make it last forever and who wants to get the hell out.

See what we predict and let us know if you feel the same.

Erik and Virginia

I feel like I say this every single week. But here it goes again, I think these two will stay together on decision day and break up shortly after once they realize the realities of who each other are and how that won’t work for their marriage.

In these last couple of days, Erik has been trying his hardest to convince Virginia that he is the man for her. And sis is paying him dust. I think because she realizes it’s mostly lip service. In the 8 weeks they’ve been together, they have a great infatuation thing happening. But it’s not sustainable. Erik is type controlling and uncompromising and Virginia, still in her twenties, is not ready to take on the consideration it takes to be a good wife—or she simply doesn’t feel like Erik is worth her uprooting her life. And that is fair.

Haley and Jacob

As much as both Haley and Jake try to pretend that they’re still open to working on their marriage, the writing has been on the wall. They’re both equally checked out. At this point, they’re both hanging in there so they don’t miss out on chances to take petty jabs at one another. And since Haley is such a competitive person, I think she should know that Jacob is winning. Whether he’s checking her verbally or eating eight eggs right before she makes dinner, Jacob is undefeated.

Ryan and Clara

These two are the biggest wild card. Who knows what they’ll decide. It’s clear that Clara wants to stay together. Although, I don’t know if she’s in love or just wants to be. I get the sense that more than anything, Clara wants to be chosen more than she wants to be Ryan’s wife.

I haven’t gotten anything from Ryan. Though, I’m sure he’s exhibiting more emotion and hopefully more in depth conversation when the cameras are not around. If not, I can’t fathom how sis fell in love off of some, “Sure.”

As for Ryan, I’ve said it all season. I can’t read him. I don’t know how he feels about Clara. I can’t tell how much he wants to be married to her.

Still, if I had to bet money, I think they’re going to choose to stay with one another on decision day. How long things will last after the fact, are up in the air.

Briana and Vincent

Baby Vincent know he be acting up! And while he might have fallen out of the good graces of the fans, there’s no question that he’s going to say yes to being with Briana after decision day. Those two love each other. And hopefully as they mature and get to know one another better, he’ll be able to relax some and recognize that Briana is not out to hurt or challenge him.

Briana is a sweetie. But she too has some work to do—like all of us. She could use some help in her compromising abilities. I don’t agree that she’s bossy but I do think she’s under the assumption that her way of doing things is always right and that doesn’t fly in healthy marriages.

Chris and Paige

Lord. I hate that we’re even still talking about these two.  Honestly. Chris only came back around because he didn’t want Paige to reject him on national television. And she fell for it. It’s such a shame. She deserves so much better than to be manipulated by the likes of him.

Anyway, based on the trailer these two will continue to do their toxic back and forth. They might even walk out of decision day still committed to one another. But we know how this ends. Chris has been telling us all season. And the streets have already let us know that there’s a good chance Chris has reunited with Mercedes, the alleged mother of his child.

I really thought I would get the satisfaction of hearing Paige tell that fool to beat it. But maybe that’s not in the cards.
