Hot Celebrity Couples On Our Radar For 2020
This year, we saw a lot of celebrity breakups. But with loss comes gain, and some of our favorite stars fell in love or continued to cultivate love in their relationships. There are also a few connections in Hollywood that are questionable–yea the passion is there, but do they have the commitment to go the distance? We compiled a list of the hottest celebrity couples on our radar for 2020. Find out if your fave #couplegoals made the list.
Kehlani & YG

Rapper YG and songstress Kehlani made their first public appearance during New York fashion week in September. At the time, the couple seemed to come out of nowhere, but Kehlani explained they weren’t “new to dis” in an IG photo of them, captioned “Five years in the making.” But there love was quickly disrupted when YG was caught kissing another woman outside of an LA nightclub in October. The two have been on the rocks since then, with the mom of one saying she is “single” on social media, but the Bay Area native recently posted a photo of YG to her Insta-stories, so maybe she’s open to reconciliation.
Tamar Braxton & David Adefeso

Tamar Braxton debuted her new man, David Adefeso, back in April during the red carpet premiere of WE’s Braxton Family Values. The two have been publicly doting over each other since. In May, Tamar took to Instagram to profess her love for her Nigerian hunk, saying “The fact that I once thought that love was a feeling. The fact is every thing about that word is an action. To be patient and kind and giving, respectful, Honest, mature, nurturing, protective, present, problem solving ,a provider, Saved, Positive, considerate, all about family, is EVERYTHING that u are LOVE.”
With that type of love, we may see wedding bells in the future for these two. But, Tamar is going to have to finalize that divorce. She is still married to ex Vince Hubert after filing for divorce in October of 2017.
Jeezy & Jeannie

Rapper Jeezy and Jeannie Mai first appeared on our couple’s radar when they were pictured with Maliq Haqq and her then boyfriend OT Genesis on social media in January. But it wasn’t until Jeezy’s first inaugural Snoball in August that the two publicly confirmed they were a couple. Since then, Jeannie has been openly gushing about her beau, telling her co-hosts on “The Real” in September, “The things I’ve been criticized for my whole life and in my past relationships, ‘Jeannie you’re too deep, you think about things too much,’ ‘Why’s everything got to have a purpose?’ I’m not one for small talk or small conversations–I want to know: ‘Why do you think the way you do? What brought you to look at things the way you do? Who are you? Who’s important to you? And I found my equal.”
Jeannie spent Thanksgiving with Jeezy’s family, and was even rumored to be pregnant, but her publicists shut that down.
Ryan Destiny & Keith Powers

Nothing like healthy young black love! Actors Ryan Destiny and Keith Powers have been coupled up for about three years. They first locked eyes at a Teen Vogue party in 2015, and went on to cultivate a friendship before falling in love. In their steamy cover spread for We The Urban in July, Keith explained how he knew he loved Ryan.
“I realized I was in love when I knew my life would be extremely affected in a negative way if Ryan wasn’t in it,” the What/If actor said in the issue. “Loving someone is a very natural feeling that just happens. You can’t just wake up and SAY I love this person, you FEEL it. You realize like wow, this person is a piece of me and regardless you don’t ever want that person out of your life.”
Continuing, “I also felt myself growing as a person when Ryan came into my life, especially mentally. And I realized that I’m ready to deal with anything I have to deal with alongside Ryan. Once I felt that, I knew.”
Sounds like we may see Keith pop the question to Ryan in 2020.
Cynthia Bailey & Mike Hill

Cynthia Bailey and her sportscaster fiance Mike Hill will tie the knot on October 10th of 2020. The two have been #CHILLin since they met on “The Steve Harvey Show” in 2018, when Steve presented Cynthia with three potential matches. Cynthia chose Hill and the rest is history! This will be the second marriage for both. The mom of one was previously married to Peter Thomas, but they split in 2016.
Taylour Paige & Jesse Williams

In May of this year, dancer Taylour Paige and actor Jesse Williams made their public debut on the red carpet of the Ozwald Boateng Harlem Runway Show at the Apollo Theater in New York. Rumors of their coupledom has been swirling since the two appeared extra cozy during the Sundance Film festival in January. Since their first public outing, the two have been openly gushing over each other, with Taylour calling Jesse her soulmate. Their relationship comes just two years after Jesse’s messy divorce with his wife of five year, Aryn Drake-Lee. He has two kids, Maceo, 3 and Sadie, 5.
The way these two gush about each other on social media, we wouldn’t be surprised if they decided to start their own family next year.
Quavo & Saweetie

This is undoubtedly the iciest couple on our list. Quavo and Saweetie were first rumored to be dating when Saweetie appeared as Quavo’s love interest in the video for his hit song, “Working Me.” Since then, the two have been rocking red carpets and living their best rapper lives together. Back in May, the pair attended a wedding and Saweetie caught the bouquet. The Migos star later took to Instagram to declare his intentions for his icy wifey, “G U E S S W E N E X T,” he wrote.
Saweetie agreed with a, “Yesssssir.”
