Naturi Thanks Loni Love For Defending Her Against Hair Teasing

Host Loni Love came to Naturi Naughton’s defense against Internet trolls who mocked her hairline.

A few weeks ago, 50 Cent posted a viral meme insinuating that Naturi’s hairline moved back due to an encounter with her on screen husband “Ghost.” He later apologized to Naturi for the social media trolling, but the damage was already done.

On a recent episode of “The Real,” the Loni had a strong message to relay to folks online that spend their time making fun of others.

“Our people always talk about our people,” she said on the show.

“I don’t think that that’s right. We’re always making fun. I’m going to give you another example. Pam Oliver, she’s a sports correspondent. Two years ago she was a sideline reporter, I think she does still do some, but it was like she was every Sunday. And they made up memes. Talked about her wigs. They made up an account: Pam Oliver’s wig. And I believe that had some influence, because she ended up getting replaced by Erin Andrews. It’s just a shame, that our people…we work so hard to get where we are, and to make fun of that girl…” she said tearing up.

When Naturi saw the post, she expressed gratitude

“I appreciate you @comiclonilove ❤️🙏🏾,” she said.

When 50 originally posted the meme, Naturi expressed hurt over the comments, taking to insta-stories to say, “Ummm…mean much @50cent. Don’t I make you look good every Sunday night? But cool…” she wrote at the time.

Naturi’s pain surprisingly moved 50 to post a retraction saying, “👀Yes you do a great job on the show @naturi4real. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings 🤦‍♂️#lecheminduroi#bransoncognac,”
