He’s Here: Amber Rose Welcomes New Baby Boy ‘Slash’ Into The World

Congrats are in order! Entrepreneur Amber Rose and her boyfriend Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards are proud parents of a baby boy.

Edwards took to Instagram to announce their son was born just hours after Amber revealed she was in labor. And the baby’s name is as eclectic and artsy as his parents are.

“Slash Electric Alexander Edwards.. the world is urs now ❤️,” the new dad wrote on social media.  “Thank u @amberrose for loving me so much that u put ur body thru it 2 bring my sun in2 the world. I could never be as strong as u. Slash a rockstar ❤️”

The “Slut Walk” founder has been documenting every moment of her pregnancy up until delivery. Just a few weeks ago, the mom of two told her fans that she was having a hard time walking as she carried her child.

“So as of today, I am nine months pregnant, y’all! It’s not a game, that’s a big boy in there. Sheesh!” she said in a video posted back in September. “I’m pretty much on bed rest at this point. I can’t walk that well. My ankles got a little swollen, my feet got a little swollen, but for the most part, I’m all belly. He’s coming soon! Can’t wait.”

She captioned the breathy video with the message,  “Big Boy! 9 months! Almost there!” she said. “@ae4president Thank you for this Wonderful Gift! P.S I’m literally out of breath just standing up.”
