It’s almost time for one of the most popular nights in music; The 2019 Billboard Music Awards. On May 1st, celebrities will flood the red carpet in celebration of their musical accolades. While songs on the Billboard charts are the primary focus, we tend to pay extra attention to what the stars wore.
