Going into the last week of January, which is probably the busiest month for fitness during the year (resolutions drive everyone back into the gym, even if just for a short time), some of our favorites gave us the motivation we needed to keep up the hard work going into February. Naomi Campbell showed us the moves she does with trainer Joe that keep her dominating the catwalk at 48. Tracee Ellis Ross, Mary J. Blige and Gabrielle Union linked up for an inspiring group workout at the Heart & Hustle gym in LA. Kenya Moore did yoga on the beach, continuing her incredible snapback since giving birth to baby Brooklyn. And Yung Miami, who at one point was anti-water, worked on her fitness in some colorful activewear on the elliptical trainer. Everybody’s getting it together and keeping it right and tight in 2019.
