Many people enter a new year with one of the most popular resolutions, which is to lose a few pounds or to transform their bodies in one way or another. And while plenty of people fell off of their goals, a number of celebrities stayed the course and are going to end this year looking and feeling a lot different than they did coming into 2018. Take for example Amber Rose, who decided to get a breast reduction after a lot of pain and bulky bras. Or her ex-husband, Wiz Khalifa, who dived into MMA training and went from a string bean to a buff cutie. Or how about Sherri Shepherd? She lost more than 30 pounds after deciding to give up added sugar earlier this year. And don’t forget about The Real co-host Jeannie Mai. Following her split from Freddy Harteis, she decided to bulk up and pack on some muscle, and has had some pretty amazing results. I would also be remiss not to mention singer Brandy, who after dodging pregnancy rumors since last year, slimmed down considerably in the second half of 2018.
Whether people sought out help to reduce certain parts of their body (here’s looking at you K. Michelle) or just started eating healthier and being more active, there were a number of stars who went through dramatic transformations. Check out their before and after.
