Savannah is Georgia’s Star Performer
(Atlanta Business Chronicle) — Savannah is Georgia’s best performing large city, according to the Milken Institute’s 2010 Best-Performing Cities Index. Savannah ranked 40th in the United States, down from 39 in 2009. Columbus came in at No. 45, compared with 112 the year prior. Augusta placed 71st, bettering its No. 82 ranking in 2009.
