Kat Graham personified the dancing emoji in the red dress, literally at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City. The actress wore a Christian Siriano dress and stunned on the red carpet. I’m also a fan of her one strap, block heels. The red on red AND on the red carpet is how you make a statement!
