Hotel, Shops Planned Near Howard University
(Washington Business Journal) — D.C. developer LaKritz|Adler says it has been selected as a finalist by Metro to redevelop a site on the 800 block of Florida Avenue near Howard University, the Washington Examiner reported. The project would include a restaurant with live entertainment at the corner of 9th and U streets, a hotel and conference center.
