Bankruptcy Judge Gives Tribune More Time
(Chicago Sun Times) — A Delaware judge has agreed to again extend deadlines in the Tribune Co.’s bankruptcy as the company continues negotiating with creditors.
The judge moved several deadlines in the case earlier this month to give parties time to respond to an independent examiner’s report on the media conglomerate’s 2007 leveraged buyout and potential claims arising from it.
