Gray Wins Ward 4 Straw Poll in Ward 4 on Fenty’s Home Turf
(Washington Examiner) — The largest straw poll for the 2010 election for D.C. mayor was in Ward 4 last night (Wed., Aug. 4, 2010) in Northwest. Over 1,000 supporters and voters turned out proving the contest between incumbent Adrian Fenty and Chairman Vincent Gray is becoming highly contentious. A rambunctious crowd ignited the evening but Gray walked away victorious winning the vote 581 to 401.
