This Couple Is Proof That You Can Be Pro-Black And Date Interracially
Last month, one of our contributors, Sonya Eskridge, wrote an article proclaiming “You Can Still Be Pro-Black And Date Interracially.” And as someone in an interracial relationship she should know.
Still, many responses among the 175 comments the article generated said “nah sis.” So we decided to take the conversation one step further and invite Sonya and her fiance, Colin Cook, to talk about their union and how her having a romantic relationship with a white man has no bearing on her social activism as a Black woman.
